Technical Blog - Sandwell College AGAIN!

Sandwell College have yet again completely failed to deal with another two Freedom of Information requests and so, yet, again, further appeals have been made to the Office of the Information Commissioner. This is FIVE recent requests where the College has failed to answer the requests adequately or at all. I have suggested to the ICO that they may now wish to take further action to ensure that this 100% publicly-funded body complies with the law of the land.

You will note that it would take the College a matter of minutes to supply the information requested.

Here are the actual appeals for the nerds amongst you but I would just like to mention here that The Skidder is hoping to expand operations in Sandwell and so "watch this space"....

(a) the total number of "A" level students enrolled at Central Sixth for the 2015/2016 academic year ie the number enrolled for the first year shown separately from the number enrolled for their second year..

(b) in respect of each year group ie differentiating between first year and second year students at Central Sixth, state how many A level subjects the students are taking at this point in time.

It has come to my attention that there was a secret "special meeting" of the Board of Governors on 16th April, 2015.

Please let me have the unredacted agenda and meetings [sic] of that meeting.

If it is not clear from the above, where did the meeting take place?
